Hey, you ever felt nervous about your first time going somewhere new, especially if you’re heading off to college? Worried about whether or not you’ll be able to live up to others expectations? Trust me I’ve been there and done that and it’s okay to have those moments because you’re not alone, but it’s always better to try and prevent negative outlooks and the effects that can come with it. For example one of the biggest ones people do go through is STRESS. I’ll teach you ways to prevent or at least minimize its effect, but before that we must know what can cause it! As stated by the learning education; stress can be caused by overworking oneself, poor time management and even eating habits. Stress usually manifests itself in lack of motivation especially when you start not wanting to continue your work or becoming extremely lazy like. It can then affect your grades, lifestyle and even your physical, mental and emotional health over time if left unchecked. As for ways of mitigation against such a foe, it is recommended that if stress you can either see and talk to school resources for a way of helping. Another way I’d the opposite of poor management by organize yourself and reminders to be on top of your game as well as being able to judt take a step back from it and do something else that excites you or you would like to do. This is a major issue that challenges college students everyday on multiple occasions and the more you know the more you can prevent it from destroying your grades or deteriorating your health down versus picking up a healthy hobby or going running. Although their are many ways to handle it, these are some of the best ways I’ve also researched and used for myself, cause ive been stress and have even struggled with classes for multiple times.
